Public Works is typically most well known for snow plowing, snow removal and pothole repair with the very aggressive New England winters around here. But they do so much more! You can thank them for keeping your cities and towns clean, maintaining and fixing roads, signs, drainage, sewerage, bridges, sidewalks, and guardrails to name a few. Many provide trash and recycling services, clean drinking water, proper treatment of sewerage, and operation of active or closed landfills. They are there when roads are impassable due to snow, ice or rain. They help get each and every one of you home safely while spending countless hours away from their families to work overtime when you need them most! They are the unsung heroes of each and every community!
I am proud to work for the Goffstown Public Works Department in New Hampshire! I thank each and every one of our crew for their dedication and pride while providing the most efficient service they can with the resources available to them!
